These Terms constitute the legal agreement between you and us concerning your use of the App. By downloading or accessing it, you accept these Terms. 1. License to Use
We provide you with a restricted, personal, non-assignable, and revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not duplicate, disseminate, alter, or reverse-engineer the source code unless permitted by applicable legislation.

All assets within the App, including code, design, trademarks, and copyrights, remain the sole property of Bifrost-Bridge. This agreement grants you no ownership rights, and all proprietary labels must remain unaltered.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bifrost-Bridge will not be held responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, or the legal minimum.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Bifrost-Bridge and its partners harmless against any expenses, damages, or claims (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of our primary operating region, ignoring conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer rights laws apply.
9. Severability & Entirety
Should any part of these Terms be found unenforceable, it will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain valid. Together with our Privacy Policy, this constitutes the complete agreement between you and Bifrost-Bridge.

If our App qualifies as an intermediary under the Digital Services Act:
