Delete your account & data

Option 1 In the app

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the Giora app.

1. Open the Giora app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings, then under Account tap Delete account and data.
3. On the Account Deletion screen, review the information that will be permanently removed.
4. Tick “I understand and agree to delete my account and data”, then tap Next.
5. Follow the final confirmation to complete the deletion. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 Contact us

If you can no longer access the app, send us a deletion request by email.

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Giora" and include the email of the Google, Facebook, or Apple account you signed in with, so we can locate your account. We may contact you to verify the request before deleting your data.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

Retained: Certain records (such as transaction receipts and legal compliance records) are kept for the period required by law (e.g. tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations), after which they are deleted. These records are no longer linked to your profile once your account is removed.

How long it takes

Deleting from within the app takes effect immediately once you confirm it. Email requests are processed within 30 days. In-app purchases already made are non-refundable and are not reversed by account deletion. After deletion, this action cannot be undone — you would need to create a new account to use Giora again.
